TravelAware Consultation Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing TravelAware. Please review the following booking terms before scheduling your consultation.
1. Consultation Format
All TravelAware consultations are conducted as:

60-minute one-to-one sessions

Delivered via video call or phone

Focused on personalised travel preparation and situational awareness guidance
Sessions are tailored to your specific travel plans, experience level, and questions.
2. Payment & Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Your session is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

A confirmation email will be sent with session details and access instructions.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without additional charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Scope of Service
TravelAware provides:

TravelAware does not provide:

Legal advice

Immigration or visa processing services

Emergency security services

Real-time travel monitoring

Therapy, Medical or psychological treatment
Our consultations are advisory in nature and designed to enhance awareness and preparedness.
5. Personal Responsibility
While TravelAware provides professional guidance based on experience in travel environments, all travel decisions remain the responsibility of the traveller.
Situational awareness advice is intended to support informed decision-making and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Confidentiality
All consultations are conducted privately and respectfully. Personal travel details shared during your session will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Technical Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

A stable internet or phone connection

A private, quiet space for the session

Timely attendance at the scheduled start time
